"The small harbors and settlements offer an intimate
view of coastal life which large ships cannot replicate authentically.
In many ways a gulet is like a full service hotel where every room has a sea view and the scenery changes constantly."

The crew not only welcomes you in the proverbal Turkish way of hospitality, she also is a very experienced team
on sea and and your every day need, though the crew do appreciate being treated as friends rather than as staff!
The many choices of itineraries, is a wonderful manner in which to experience a truly remarkable coastline. Gulet cruising is all
about tranquillity and getting away from the pressures of modern day life whilst cruising the crystal clear azure
waters that gently lap the famous and magnificent coastline of south-western Turkey.

Standard Bodrum built Gulets are
not luxury cruise liners, they are traditional handmade boats that have been built in more or less the same style
for centuries. Step aboard, stow away your belongings and let the cruise begin.
Clients Arrival on Board
Upon arrival our clients are assisted into their cabins. The clients will find their cabins fully prepared; clean
bed linen, towels (as linen and towels are included it is suggested for clients to bring their own beach or deck
towel), hand soap and toilet paper. (Please follow the crews insructions not to throw paper in the toilet, due
to blocking the system.)
Once our clients have arrived and are familiar with their cabins, a welcome meeting is held on deck. After the
introductions of Captain and crew members, some information and rules regarding your safety and convenience will
be forwarded.
Depending on what time our clients arrive appropriate refreshment is served.
This is also a good time for the captain to show our clients the sea charts and describes the route to them.
Electric lights run from either 12v or 24v DC batteries.
If our clients require 220v AC electricity for recharging laptops or mobile telephones the yacht will have 220v
AC generators on board. The Turkish sockets have two horizontal round pins, so if the client's electrical appliance
plug were different, we would suggest they bring a travel adapter.
As the dressing on board is not formal, you won't have to bring anything extra apart from some comfortable sports
style erotic clothing to your preference.
On the yachts we do not wear any shoes. This is to prevent sand and dirt coming onto the wooden decks. We would
also advise clients to bring a pair of socks with them, just in case the weather is cool in
the evenings.
Life On Board Every day we will be visiting one or two bays, making
the last stop the place we stay for the night. It is necessary for the yachts to visit a larger port every three
or four day to enable the crew to take on water, ice and fresh provisions. Your participation is always welcome
on board of the boat. In some bays private entrepreneurs coming alongside and offering water ski, bingo or banana
rides, or even para-sailing.
The captain and crew will of course enjoy passing their experience onto the clients and if they wish to steer the
yacht or lend their hands at setting the sails, the crew can teach them, and of cours yYou may take the advantage
of fishing equipment on board.
Captain & Crew A fully qualified captain and two or three crew members
will be serving on board. Along with their responsibilities as sailors one of the crew is also the cook, the other
one is responsible to serve you, clean the clients’ cabins and bathrooms daily and keep the boat tidy.
Food & Drink. The menus will contain all the local produce available
in what is mainly regional home cooking. A variety of salads, yogurt and vegetable dishes accompany various chicken,
meat and fish recipes. Tell the cook when there is a vegetarian among you the Turkish food is ideal and can be
easily accommodated.

All boats which are offered here
are Standard-Yachts, the traditional Bodrum-built
GULET.
All yachts are between 19 - 25 meters length, these
vessels accommodate between 12 and 16 guests in 6 to 8 cabins. The cabins have en-suite WC & showers. (Hot & cold). There is a music set,
VHF Radiotelephone and a dinghy on each yacht, snorkel and fishing gear, often a canoe, but in general no air condition.
Crew consists of a captain, cook and a deckshand.
When booking a Standard Gullet, an exact yacht’s
name can not be available until 1 or 2 days before departure, as numbers of bookings come in often late. This works
well over the years like a cooperative and we advice you to give us your mobile phone that we stay in contact to
give you captain's number and boat name.
The crew aboard our Gulets and yachts often do not have a foreign language mastered, but they almost always know
a few ’every-day’ phrases in English and are able to understand almost all your requests. Get more information
here: FAQ's
All our Gulets meet international safety regulations including life jackets, fire extinguishers and alarms.
