The crew with the best Turkish cuisine and outstanding service will pamper you.
Pure relaxation.
The ship only sails during the day and launches in a bay or on a scaffold every night.
Also around lunchtime, the anchor is usually thrown out. You can swim, snorkel or canoe.
The cook is ready for lunch. The crew makes sure that nothing is missing.
Sailing gives the ultimate relaxation, during the day, gloriously flowing on the many cushions on board with the wind in the sails.
With some luck, some dolphins swim along with the ship.
In the evening culinary enjoy the Turkish cuisine while enjoying a wine.
The Golf of Gokova - World wide known as one of the best sailng areas
This is the area where the traditional Blue Cruise originated. Without exaggeration - Gököva Körfezi, the 'southern sky blue plain', is as blue as the sky. On the north side of the Gulf, steep mountain slopes disappear into the sea, hidden in between are blue-green bays. On the south side, Datca peninsula with its rolling hills. A perfect area for sailing, the wind always blows from the right angle. The coast is of course, with hundreds of bays to go for anchor. The water is clear and often you look up to the deep rock bottom. Ideal for swimming and snorkeling or for a ride on the SUP or in the kayak. And how special is it to land on Sedir Adasi, known as Cleopatra Island. According to the tradition, Emperor Marcus Antonius gave this island a gift to Cleopatra, specially for her ships carrying sand of Egypt, so that the island now has one of Turkey's most beautiful beaches.
Other interesting places in this area include English Harbor, Ören, Cökertme, Kisebükü, Mersincik and more. Actually, one week is not enough, would that be the reason why many people come back every time?
The Golf of Hisaronu - A great sailing area visiting cosy fishing hamlets
The name Hisarönü means "front of the castle". The castle has little left, but the view must have been fantastic. The coast of this yacht is rugged, with steep cliffs interspersed with small towns and the town of Datca. Here you will find nice shops and a real village hammam. In the bay of Selimiye there are many nice restaurants where you can dine on the scaffold, with the ship in the background. Along the way, you will arrive along Knidos, about 2500 years ago, the capital of the area. You can visit the excavations, but also from the ship you can see the ancient theater.
Other places to visit in this area are Palamutbuku, Eski Datca, Bozburun and Kameriya Adasi. From Datça, a 2-day visit to the Greek island of Simi is highly recommended.
This morning cross the Gulf of Gokova to the pine-clad Bay of Kesibuku. Take advantage of the calm morning hours, sailing smoothly along the Gokova shores. Opt for a stop at Orak Island. Late afternoon come into the Bodrum harbor, or continue to the attractive bay of Ada Bogazi for night.
The captain welcomes you on your traditonal sailing Gulet Yacht. He introduces you to some rules on board while you are gently sipping your welcome drink.
Immediately you notice how the time on board is going to be - Pure relaxation.
The crew with the best Turkish cuisine and outstanding service will pamper you.
No engine noise, this is a Blue Cruise focused on Gulet Yachts sailing.
You are on board of a real regatta sailing Gulet.
And yet you'll find most comfortable `en suite` cabins with shower and toilet. However, you will most probably sleep more often on the deck than in the cabin. Under a sea of stars.
No matter on which Gulet Yacht you embark, whether with Nedim, Yusuf or Hasan. You're always cruising with a sail-addicted family member.
